Marjory Felter recently helped us sell a house which was owned by a trust. She provided us with the all the necessary information for the sale, from listing to closing. She provided guidance with respect to preparing the house for sale, she recommended vendors we needed and generally was kept in regular communication with us and answered all our questions. She explained the sales documents to us and answered our questions. She connected us with the proper vendors which prepared the appropriate closing documents. She arranged for a notary out-of-state to get the closing paperwork signed on time. It was a pleasure to work with such a knowledgeable and pleasant person.
